• RESIDENT/FELLOW MEMBERS (TRAINEE)  are those participating in a postdoctoral educational program (ie, residency or fellowship) in hematology/oncology pharmacy practice or research. • STUDENT MEMBERS are those enrolled in an accredited school or college of pharmacy who are progressing toward a Doctor of Pharmacy degree. Student members cannot vote or serve as elected HOPA officers. Student members pay dues of $30 annually. To join, Student Members pay $30 for 1 year, $45 for 2 years. Student members must renew as full members once they have earned their degree.
